Downtown Mountain View

Mountain View is located in the heart of Silicon Valley.  With  75,000 residents and 115,000 jobs a lot of people visit us every day.  We are home to Google, Intuit and many other high-tech companies as well as a NASA facility  and Shoreline Amphitheater (Mountain View residents get priority tickets!). And downtown Mountain View is the center of it all.  The shops and restaurants on Castro Street are very popular, especially on warm days when people can eat out on on the European-style sidewalks. 

We also have the country's only operating blimp flying sightseers over the Bay Area, Shoreline Lake with it's popular windsurfing boating and picnicking, and our very popular downtown farmers market You can also hop on a train to San Francisco from the downtown Mountain View station or catch the light rail.
